Was responsible for creating and executing the overall strategy of the West Region and leading HR training for all Zumiez leadership teams. Which included: developing timely reporting to measure retail and distribution center execution of compliance as it related to wage and hour, minor work permits, workers compensation for a self-ensured organization, and created the overall safety strategy for DC and stores.
