Key competencies I deliver against in my role everyday include: -Own commercialization of highly crafted innovative products. Translate athlete insights into actionable product improvements. - Foster critical connections with partners in the Singapore Product Creation Center (PCC), Design, Product Management, Materials, Product ID and Product Integrity. -Proactively recommend solutions that will ensure design intent, fit, quality, timelines and cost are met. - Deliver against best-in-class fit sessions. Present and direct owned product, be a leader, influence, drive on time and effective decision making among key product cross functional stakeholders. -Ensure to assess and drive our Sustainability roadmap goals in decision making. -Own and deliver against key initiatives of Nike Blocks, Wash testing, Wear testing, Onsite (factory) preparation/execution and the creation of a standardized Toolbox. -Communicate if not make pattern corrections via spec, Adobe Illustrator drawings and email communications, as well as pattern manipulation in Optitex. - Deliver against all key Basketball, Licensed and NBA meeting deadlines/needs; map and track styles through clear calendar tracks and direction to PCC/Factory partners. - Be reactive to Late Add and/or changes. Take appropriate measures on time actions, balancing priorities and sharing challenges with Manager and Triad partnership.. - Drive 2018 product silhouettes, and initiate 2019 style list development, from concept thru to 1st prototypes. Create great category product, focusing on end consumer; fit and craft. Deliver against wear test and Product Integrity needs, and finesse product accordingly to the results and need. -Stay current on industry trends; know fit/craft standards appropriate for the Basketball consumer and be the voice for the category -Meet Net Revenues, Gross Profit Margins, Style Count and Operating Budget (OPEX) for each Fiscal Year. *Men and Women's Jackets, Hoodies, Tops, Pants and Shorts.*
