Management experience with developing people of all levels of experience of a full price retail store, recruiting strong sales people, with a low turnover rate. Management experience with operations, staying in line within store budgets, and payroll goals. Exceeded Plan and LY goals for the 2015 year and met shrink goals. During the first quarter as being a Store Manger, was acknowledged as “Store Manager of the Quarter” during Q4 of the 2014 with also having the highest percent over plan’s goal. Obtains the knowledge, skills, visual standards, and consistent communication with HQ, to maintain the flagship store. Experience assisting the process of transfers between stores. Experience with researching and setting up structural maintenance. Overseeing, managing and hiring. Communicate and obtain policies within in all levels of staff.
