• Lead & implement national account strategy (Seasonal planning, merchandising, sell-in & sell-thru, dealer training, etc.) for 6 of the brand's 8 largest wholesale accounts. • Implemented a 3-year, new business development strategy which led to the successful account openeings & accelerations of Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Fleet Feet Sports, Sports Basement & more. • In last 2 years, drove 250%+ growth for REI & Nordstrom (brand's 2 largestr dealers), as well as 45% digital growth for Backcountry.com. • With a strong marketing background, successfully collaborated with global/regional marketing teams on 5 straight seasons of successful GTM/Consumer Experience plans aimed at the US customer. • Planned and managed 3 new trade shows for the brand, leading to 45 new account openings by rep force in 2 years' time.

HI-TEC Sports2015 – 2016
Directed the brand's most comprehensive go-to-market strategy, incorporating creative asset development, trade communication & implementation, and consumer facing marketing campaigns. • Concepted & executed the brand's first all-encompassed corporate responsibility program, helping to support clean water development. • Managed the product development process of national SMU projects, helping to generate $1.1 million dollars of new business. • Planned & produced the US brand's first seasonal video & photoshoot. • Managed two websites and met 91% of a $1.3 million budget. • Controlled relations with the brand's digital agency, while concepting and managing the digital marketing strategies for 2 brands.

HI-TEC Sports2015 – 2016
Created a "Made in USA" heritage footwear concept that procured an internal financial grant to help bring a third brand to the portfolio of HI-TEC Sports USA. • Finished a forty-page business development plan for the new brand, pitching to both senior brand leadership + external investors. • Directed a team of three designers/developers that collectively reached the third stage of prototyping.

NASA2013 – 2014
Executed extensive copywriting and powerpoint presentation development used for the department head's speaking events. • Gathered and manipulated data from rural sites that helped lead to Dr. John Shupe's scientifically-published findings on the hydrology of Yosemite National Park. • Created and published weekly video productions via the online science journal publication, Earthzine.
