About the Role:

TOMS is seeking a Digital Brand Designer to support and elevate DTC creative across all digital touchpoints. This role will design compelling, on-brand creative assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand affinity across ecommerce, email, paid media, and social platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling with an understanding of performance-driven design. This designer will create scalable digital assets and systems that support product storytelling, improve creative velocity, and optimize customer engagement across the digital funnel.

This role works cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and DTC teams to bring campaigns, product launches, and always-on digital initiatives to life in a way that is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for digital environments.

The Impact You'll Make:

Performance-Driven Digital Design

 - Design and produce digital assets for ecommerce site, email marketing, paid media, organic social, SMS, and digital campaigns.

 - Translate brand and campaign direction into digital-first creative executions.

 - Design conversion-focused layouts optimized for mobile and ecommerce environments.

 - Ensure assets clearly communicate product benefits and brand storytelling.

 - Support both campaign storytelling and full-price product marketing initiatives.

Campaign & Launch Support

 - Translate campaign concepts into scalable digital creative systems.

 - Develop modular creative assets that can scale across multiple digital placements.

 - Support launch toolkits including email modules, paid social assets, and ecommerce storytelling components.

 - Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creative partners to bring cohesive narratives to life.

 - Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced retail calendar

Design Systems & Scalable Creative

 - Contribute to the evolution of TOMS’ digital design system including reusable components, templates, and layout standards.

 - Help develop scalable creative frameworks across ecommerce, email, and paid media.

 - Ensure digital assets maintain consistency in typography, color systems, spacing, and hierarchy.

 - Support the development of modular creative templates that increase production efficiency.

Brand Consistency & Creative Innovation

 - Maintain a cohesive digital brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

 - Contribute fresh ideas that enhance digital storytelling and user experience.

 - Stay current on digital design trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools.

Performance Awareness

 - Collaborate with DTC and marketing teams to understand how creative performs across digital channels.

 - Design creative with awareness of engagement and conversion goals.

 - Support creative testing and iteration where applicable.

 - Apply performance insights to improve layouts, messaging hierarchy, and product storytelling.

What You Bring:

 - 3–5+ years of digital design experience (preferably in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, retail, or within a DTC ecommerce brand)

 - Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce, email, paid media, and social design work.

 - Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, shared libraries, prototyping).

 - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

 - Experience contributing to or working within a design system.

 - Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first UX best practices.

 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 - Motion design or light animation experience (After Effects) - preferred

 - Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.- preferred

 - Experience with digital asset management systems. - preferred

 - Understanding of creative performance across paid media platforms. - preferred

 - This is a Direct Hire role with a target hourly range of $38.46/hr - $43.27/hr depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance

About the Role:

The Footwear Product Developer drives the successful execution of seasonal footwear collections from concept to production. Acting as the product bridge for sample request creation, this role oversees development milestones, manages cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams, and ensures timely communication across the product lifecycle. Leveraging tools like Airtable for tracking and reporting, the developer ensures transparency, maintains product quality and comfort standards, and aligns with margin objectives.

The Impact You'll Make:

 - Organize, track and write sample request for seasonal development, maintaining accurate sample requests and Airtable records to ensure visibility, follow-up and accountability.

 - Collaborate with Design to translate creative 2D concepts into actionable product specification and 3D samples, ensuring design intent and comfort considerations are preserved.

 - Manage sample-making projects across seasonal rounds, coordinating reviews and approvals to achieve production-ready status. Support seasonal development trips to Asia as needed to engage directly with factories, review production processes, and evaluate quality and construction standards.

 - Partner with Merchandising to align product strategies with costing, margin objectives and product features for each style.

 - Provide timely and transparent reporting on development progress, issues, and milestones to management and cross-functional teams.

 - Participate in seasonal product reviews, documenting updates, changes and line modifications in the Airtable development tracker.

 - Support fit and wear testing across all sample sizes, including extremes to ensure functional, comfortable and final aesthetic.

 - Confirm final product standards and approvals before production, ensuring alignment with brand, quality, and comfort expectations

 - Support dual sourcing and alternative development strategies to optimize factory options, improve product quality, and drive cost efficiency.

 - Conduct individual retail outings to review competitor samples, evaluating construction, materials, quality, and comfort.

What You Bring:

 - 3-5 years of experience with footwear constructions, materials and problem solving

 - Team oriented working in collaboration and cross functionally with other areas

 - Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and Product Line Management systems

 - Strong communication and analytical reporting skills

 - Strong Project management skills

 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

 - 2-year design/product degrees from schools like Otis, FIDM, Fashion Institute preferred

About The Role

We are looking for an Intern to join our TOMS EMEA Supply Chain team to manage our Wholesale accounts and Distributors. To safeguard and optimize day-to-day logistics processes, to find cost reduction opportunities for B2B processes and to create visibility of the profitability of customers. Your focus will be on service and costs. You will report to the Logistic, Sales and Operation Manager.

What You’ll Do

As Intern Supply Chain you will support the team on three important areas:

• Build reports from our Supply Chain systems

• Support the Logistic team with several day-to-day tasks:

 - updating weekly sales reports

 - supporting customer service with orderbook management

 - daily contact with our 3PL warehouse, with sales, and the complete Supply Chain team

• Support stock management and inventory-related tasks

 - Assist all departments with inventory-related activities, including reporting and stock checks

 - Collaborate with our 3PL warehouse to manage stock counts and discrepancies

 - Track and analyze inventory data to identify process improvement opportunities

• Support TOMS with optimizing the process of some of our key accounts

Requirements

• This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands (no relocation)

• HBO/WO student (e.g. Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering, Economics)

• You are fluent English (both verbal and spoken) – Dutch is preferred

What We Give

• A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week)
