I have over 20 years recruiting experience, I've never placed a "temp", only direct hire and a few temp to hire (more entry level) roles. Eastridge has several specialty divisions depending on your discipline (accounting, engineering, HR, light industrial). I specialize in marketing but work in other fields including project management, logistics, operations, purchasing, sales at all levels from coordinator to director. I'm always straightforward, I'm an expert recruiter and when I work with candidates or clients you can expect transparency, integrity and commitment from me.
