Solar Rebate Coordinator II

- Manage projects worth $10M+ and ensure rebate claims are obtained before the application deadlines with a minimal amount of rejection. - Oversee and analyze projects to extract the most amount of revenues with as little expenses as possible - Assist VP of Planning & Analytics with weekly/monthly status and forecast reports on ~20,000 of active solar homes in California. - Facilitate weekly meetings between management and trade partners through conference calls and regular email exchanges.
Solar Rebate Coordinator

- Organized monthly status reports for different trade partners including Solar Installers, Solar Inspectors, and government agencies. - Formulated various reports with Excel/Salesforce to pipeline the solar rebate application process. - Worked with Accounting to forecast rebates revenue from ~100s of new monthly home closing for financial reporting. - Applied and quality-checked ~200 monthly solar rebate claims for eligible homes to the California Energy Commission.
