With 20+ years of experience in activewear, I create functional, elevated apparel for women—while also bringing experience in men's design, allowing me to create and support across both categories. I’ve led design and development for industry leaders like lululemon, Brooks Running, and stori, overseeing collections from concept through production. Known for blending creativity with technical expertise, I lead with a collaborative approach—guiding teams and driving product that’s both high-performance and thoughtfully executed.

• Designed & managed a style count of 25 styles on average / season (4 seasons per year) • Researched seasonal trends, innovations, construction methods • Applied color & print to the seasonal line, ensuring cohesiveness & wear-ability with each style • Presented seasonal line throughout the design & development process to an audience of 50+ people including: Creative Director, VP of Design, Design Directors, Global Buyers, & Merchandisers • Hosted and lead Design Meetings both locally & globally - including key cities such as New York City, San Francisco, Vancouver, Tokyo, & Seoul • Generated new concepts & solutions to create mock-ups for presentations • Created detailed hand & computer sketches • Created thorough Tech Packs for each style - including Front, Back, & Side Sketches, as well as detail sketches & in-depth construction information • Traveled to manufacturers 2-3 times per year to develop styles • Provided seasonal Fabric + Trim Direction, including a full brief to the Raw Material Team

• Produced complete spec packs including tech sketches, base size specs & BOM. • Managed fit sessions ensuring the correct recommendations were made for fit & construction issues, consulting with the Fit Specialist and QA Technician where needed. • Managed workflow for the category to meet the time & action calendar. • Managed direct reports by delegating workload & providing necessary training for their role. • Ensured optimal specified construction methods to improve factory productivity & pricing margin. • Worked closely with the Designers to attain the desired look, fit, & feel of each style. • Worked cross-functionally with Sourcing & QA to accurately assign new styles to appropriate factories as well as providing feedback on prototype development. • Reviewed costing of each garment to ensure lululemon athletica was hitting the desired margins. • Ensured quality standards were met or exceeded in accordance to lululemon athletica’s QA Manual. • Managed & attended seasonal development trips to factories. • Ensured up-to-date knowledge of construction & technology by researching market trends through competitor shopping & referencing various media. • Maintained daily communication with internal team members as well as with external factory partners. • Ensured products being developed met all functions of specified end use. • Served as primary developer of all seamless apparel.

• Created & maintained all Tech Packs, Seasonal Tracking Document, & Line Plan for new & updated styles for each season. • Drove the development process & implemented all necessary steps during prototyping & commercialization of the product line. • Worked with the Product Line Managers to attain the desired look, fit, & feel of each style. • Worked with the Pattern & Spec Engineer to fit & alter garments to meet the requirements of a specific design or function. • Worked with the production team to ensure that Brooks Sports could meet raw material minimums. • Reviewed costing of each garment to ensure Brooks Sports hit the desired margins. • Served as the main contact between Brooks Sports & the garment vendor. • Designed various key styles • Maintained the color merchandising line plan – showing all color offerings in each style available, per season. • Organized/prepared photo shoot samples for lay-down & action shots for catalog.
