Responsible for concept design development and production coordination for the line creation each season. Created technical packages and mock-ups including specs, flat sketches, fit details, fabric and trim selection, placed orders for sampling overseas including trims and lining, and researched competitive mills and factories for sourcing. Directed the development of fabrics, fits, washes, prints, trims, graphics and styling. Experienced in overseas travel to China to work with factories and to train merchandisers. Designed and developed interior and exterior branding. Collaborated with marketing department and model agencies on photo shoot samples and arranging fit times.
