Designer for Volatile, Volatile Kids, Very Volatile, Sbicca, & Reba McEntire for Dillard’s Lead & manage multiple brands & projects from conceptualization to finished products. Travel overseas to work with factories on developments, source new materials, & correct prototypes. Prepare color & mood boards for each season & present the trend direction to the sales team & major accounts. Size 6 Fit Model – Work with technicians to correct & provide feedback to improve fit & prototypes. Shop overseas & domestic market to identify new & emerging trends.

Product Development for McDonald’s, KFC, & Jack in the Box Daily correspondence with oversea & domestic vendors during all phase of developments including pre-production & final confirmation samples. Critique all developments for design accuracy. Time/Action calendars managements. Maintaining sample reports to ensure on-time deliveries. Assist costing/price analysis on materials, trims, & full package costing. Work closely with sales team & keep record of all styles & updating line sheets. Collaborate with design team and improve new and existing products. Prepare & maintain spec sheets & tech packs. Approve all necessary submits of artwork, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, materials, washes, & samples. Attend fittings and work with technical designer to make sure that desired results are met.
