• Responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions. • Responsible for all Month End Closing entries, including accruals and Revenue changes. • Meet with Controller to discuss and finalize AR. • Help with yearly budgeting based on census and projected ADR • Work with Contracting to discuss rate negotiations with insurances. • Responsible for all collections and meeting collection goals. • Helped with creating and implementing collection goals. • Hold "One-on-Ones" with staff to insure productivity, accuracy and accountability. • Create relationships with insurance and provider relations to insure quality control and accuracy. • Helped implement a new EMR and Billing systems. • Responsible for a staff of 30 billers, collectors, payment posters, leads and administrative assistants.

*To bill Regional Centers for services provided by our Care Givers. *In charge of a staff of 12 *Assure all AR is posted correctly. Take proper actions to ensure any discrepancies are handled in a timely manner. *Coordinate with payroll to insure proper payment and billing. *Keep a positive relationship with all Regional Centers to ensure all payments are paid properly. *Help families coordinate their services with the Regional Center to insure services. *Process Payroll for Care Givers and staff.
