Starting as a Marketing Coordinator in 2018, I quickly learned the ins and outs of direct response marketing and developed skills in social media advertising, email marketing, copywriting & design, and all facets of direct response campaign development and management. Key accomplishments include developing an online membership platform that helped acquire 10,000+ new users and grossed $100k+ in revenue within 3 months of launch. Promoted at each annual review, I now lead client-facing initiatives for key accounts and manage campaign performance share-outs, optimization recommendations, and strategic planning.

Partnered with the Social Media Marketing Lead to develop growth strategies for Surfline’s YouTube subscriber base. We acquired 8k+ subscribers in 6 months (exceeding our goals with a 40% increase) and quickly moved on to developing retention strategies.

Nativ Boardriding Company

2008 – 2012

Founded with my brother in 2008, Nativ Boardriding Co (aka my brother and I) built custom snowboards by hand for the local community. As demand grew, we sought and acquired outside investment with a 50-page business plan that - paired with trade show appearances and digital marketing - secured sales and distribution across the Northwestern U.S and Japan.
