I have been working in the surf industry for over 10 years. I have experience in pulling sales and inventory reports, analyzing data, and discovering trends in style/collection selling. I work with ecommerce buying teams to produce seasonal line plans and assist with product development for global adoptions and third-party goods. I collaborate with eComm Merchandising, Marketing and the brand teams for Billabong, Honolua, Element, and Von Zipper.
Prior to this I have experience with managing retail stores and coffee shops in order to achieve sales goals. I know how to train teams, merchandise product, buy, and overseeing all retail store operations.

-Prepare and analyze ad hoc reporting related to YOY style selling, collection performance, category/division selling, inventory turn, etc. -Support Billabong, Element, Von Zipper, and Honolua teams by executing various projects related to marketing activations, inventory management and assortment planning. -Assist in tracking seasonal inventory deliveries against marketing calendars to identify potential conflicts. -Assist with buy requests by coordinating size breaks and process request through sales operations team -Analyze and review weekly, monthly and seasonal selling for Billabong and Honolua. -Collaborate and give feedback to merchandising & design teams. As well as work with digital marketing teams to inform marketing efforts based on selling trends and inventory positions. -Assist with establishing markdowns and markups to stay within margin goals -Manage assortment and depth planning. -Partner with ecommerce merchandiser on marketing calendar related to emails and onsite activations. -Share selling trend data with retail and product development partners to help inform future designs. -Assist the Billabong ecommerce buyers with men’s and women’s assortment through reporting and analysis and own Honolua buys. -Take part in in line reviews and digital marketing strategy efforts. -Use PLM system to create style numbers and manage product data for global adoptions and third-party goods. -Help review website merchandising and provide optimizations based on selling and inventory data.

-Manage San Diego’s Flagship store location with sales of approximately $55,000 per week -Process all inventory to have it ready for the sales floor and work directly with corporate to ensure the store has all product and marketing needs -Handle all merchandising to keep it up to corporate standards and maintain store appearance to ensure it aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns -In charge of all cash control and store maintenance needs -Direct sales floor activities, assist customers, address customer concerns, and lead the sales floor -Prepare daily sales reports and regularly use weekly and monthly data to drive sales results -In charge of hiring, training, and leading the sales team -Create the schedule in order to maintain an effective labor cost and ensure biannual payroll deadlines are met
