— MingHi! My name is Ming, I’ve been working in the Outdoor / Technical Performance / Lifestyle Apparel industry for over 20 plus years. The areas that I am highly experiences are, from products R&D (research and development), development from concepts through commercialization, technical / detail construction, costing, sourcing, production as well as quality control. Beside the areas that I have mentioned, I am also very experiences working with vendors and suppliers globally. The benefit of born and raised in Asia until my teen then move to North America is able to speak multiple languages fluently and fully understand the cultures and work ethic difference and able to work well with all areas globally.
