• Job consists of entering and receiving invoices from vendors into Computer Ease Software. • Develop and process payments that are due to vendors weekly. • Answer incoming calls and send to appropriate department. • Manage incoming shipments and make sure they go to the correct department. • Create purchase orders for technicians and project managers and correlate with vendors to make sure order is correct. • Manage each job to make sure material is all accounted for before billing job. • Manage calls from vendors regarding payment dates. • Assist with billing when needed and make sure all work orders are correct before billing to the customer. • Make sure all liability insurance is up to date with subcontractors and reconcile vendor statements.

• Managed and created website www.poseidonvesselservices.com. • Purchased all material for all the clients’ yachts and all office supplies that was needed. • Created invoices for billing customers and made sure payment to vendor was made in a timely manner. • Set up trade show booths and designed all marketing material. • Entered invoices into Quickbooks and checked material for each individual yacht. • Entered employees payroll, reimbursements and reconciled vendor statements. • Managed Vice President’s schedules. • Setup appointments and travel. • Filtered emails and managed office when Vice President was out of town
