I was hired at Francesca's as a seasonal stylist, but was quickly promoted to a sales lead after 2 months. While there I enjoyed helping our guests find everything they needed from clothes, to accessories, to shoes, to gifts. My team and I ensured that every guest was greeted, engaged, aware of our current promotions, and overall satisfied with both our products and our customer service. Other duties I was responsible for included a weekly cleaning of the entire boutique, opening and closing the boutique 5 days a week (on average), processing online orders, engaging empathetically with customer complaints, and ensuring my team and I made our guests feel welcome.

As a Server at University Village, my duties consisted of managing at least four to six tables an evening, guiding the residents through a five course meal, making sure they are completely satisfied, re-setting my tables after dinner service is through, completing nightly side duties, ranging from disassembling and washing the ice cream station, cleaning out the hot box, 3 freezers, all 5 countertops, empty and rinse out all coffee carafes, re-stock the kitchen fridge, organize all mugs and silverware, roll presets for my tables, and bus then set my own tables after the residents have left for the night.
