Created, fundraised, and led the first and only outplacement solution to aid employees during large scale retail layoffs. Personally managed all operations, growth, marketing, and business development for the company. As a Co-founder, I was responsible for wearing almost every hat, giving
me a unique perspective into tackling new verticals. Tasks developed and executed ranged from pitching the idea to investors to ultimately selling and landing contacts with companies like Saks, Gymboree, and Adecco Group. CareerFlex is the first affordable, and cloud-based outplacement solution for employees of any level.
• Grew customer base from 0 to 3000+ closing location in less than 9 months
• Secured partnerships with retail brands such as Saks Off 5th, Gymboree, Topshop, Things Remembered, and National Stores
• Created new partnerships with gig-economy companies such as Adia (Adecco Group), Qkids, UpShift, WorkGenius, and VipKid
