Instructed expectant mothers and mothers with small children in strollers in classes focused on total body conditioning. Guided clients in the use of resistance bands and body resistance exercises to increase muscle strength, interspersed with fast-paced cardio exercises to increase performance and physical stamina. Interacted with the small children of fitness clients in strollers through singing, play along games and storytelling.
