As the digital lead for several of Neiman Marcus’ top-performing categories, I was responsible for over $1.2B in eCommerce demand—owning strategy, P&L, customer experience, and marketing alignment for Women’s Apparel, Shoes, Handbags, and Accessories.
💡 What I Did: * Developed and executed category-specific digital strategies to drive profitable growth across the funnel—from acquisition through retention. * Led high-impact “blitz initiatives” across Paid, Organic, Site Merch, and Customer teams, creating a repeatable model for demand acceleration that became standard across the business. * Managed key e-Concession partnerships, collaborating weekly with brand teams to optimize assortment, inventory flow, and digital marketing visibility. * Partnered cross-functionally with merchandising, analytics, UX, and creative teams to elevate the end-to-end customer journey.

Led the end-to-end digital business for NeimanMarcus.com’s beauty division, overseeing merchandising, marketing, digital strategy, and customer experience. Responsible for driving growth across skincare, fragrance, makeup, and beauty tools—partnering closely with vendor brands and internal stakeholders.
