In my own words

I have been a fan of the extreme sports industry as a kid and started editing and filming skateboarding and surfing videos ten years ago.

I want to continue learning and using my skills as a manager and creative artist to incorporate them in a job in the extreme sports industry and give that company a breath of fresh air. Coming from a small town, I was the first person to make a feature skateboard video. While I was not a skateboarder I was quickly embraced by the skateboard community and gave kids the vision, to film, edit, or show them a future in skateboarding. I think this love and die hard motivation and determination can transcend while working with the right company, only great things can happen!

Working in the Editing department transcoding footage, editing segments for the different Network Shows. Cutting Highlights during Sundays games that air later on the different shows. Media Management over all footage coming in and out of the building, using different workflows and processes such as LTO and Volume storages. Logging and cataloguing footage via FORK storage.

Assistant Camera, Production, Editor, and Website · Drum Channel

Website dedicated to drummers of all levels. I filmed and edited drum instructional videos, live performances, and weekly shows. I worked with the world's best drummers and learned how to publish articles, photos, and videos on the website. I also was in charge of customer service via email for not only the website but for contests as well. I did office work, some quickbooks, and just about helped everyone in their departments while handling my own.

Freelance Assistant Video Editor and for Next Movement Entertainment. Edited weekly segments for different shows, ranging from Fireman/Police reality shows to Documentary. Prepped footage in Photoshop or After Effects. Logged and conformed footage. Created string outs, uprezzing, and quicktime reference movies. Uploaded completed projects via FTP or web service.

I used the ScheduALL program to type out the necessary work that needed to be done with the TV show or Film material that was sent to us through the client.
