Typical responsibilities include cold and warm calling customers, scheduling appointments, organizing territory routes to maximize travel efficiency, managing travel expenses, and working closely with customers to close business. Regularly attends sales meetings and trade shows to keep up with knowledge of products, industry trends, and to network with current and potential clients and vendors.
