I am a passionate a driven professional looking to make meaningful connections with others. I have background in education and 10+ years of work experience in customer service and sales. My true passion lies in building relationships with customer and clients and using my pedagogy knowledge to educate them on the products and services that I represent.

2018 – Present

Create customized fitness and training plans for one-on-one training sessions. Ensure developmental growth for ninth through eleventh grade girls. Develop and implement creative, flexible coaching plans for weekly practices with a focus on player growth and success. Oversee team performance during local and regional tournaments, improving win percentage from under 50% to 75% in two years. Ensure strong and open communication with athletes, parents, coaches, and club administrators. Development of scoring criteria for player analysis and performance during tryouts to ensure team fit and dynamics.

Provide technical guidance on the home buying/selling process, including development of customer contracts, averaging 13 closings per year. Utilize CRM tools to maintain client database. Connect with leads through various mediums including email and social media. Build strong relationships with clients in order to best understand and fulfill client needs. Work in cooperation with lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, general contractors, and others to ensure smooth and on time closings. Grew client base to increase average home sales from $459K in 2019, to $760K in 2020 to over $1.1M in 2021 and 2022. Increased sales from $1M in 2018 to $14M in 2022. Responsible for reviewing applications and hiring up to 20 seasonal staff for each holiday season. Oversaw the training and performance of the staff. Responsible for community outreach to identify and coordinate volunteer and branding improvement opportunities. Conducted weekly management team meetings. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of marketing initiatives passed down from corporate. Performed regular gap analysis to identify areas of improvement, thus influencing sales and customer satisfaction, exceeding quarterly sales goals in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Guided daily sales performance of 30 associates, leading to sales of over $2.3M annually. Monitored and reviewed store performance and key performance indicators daily and made data-driven, real-time decisions to enhance performance in a fast-paced environment.
