As a hybrid technical and creative designer, I offer a range of services in apparel design, color development, trend research, flat illustrations, and tech packs. Additional services also include website design, email marketing, and social media content creation.
Product Designer - Apparel

My role as Product Designer was to design women’s technical apparel, accessories, and soft goods for top outdoor brands. Core responsibilities included creating product tech packs, working in collaboration with developers to review prototypes and fabrics, seasonal color design, and trend research.
Assistant Color Designer (Contract)
The North Face2018 – 2018
My focus was to build and maintain seasonal color files in collaboration with Design and Color teams, as well as creating documents to support the color process (grids, visual color boards, etc.). I designed and maintained category visual tools for key meetings and communicated progress and plans with Product Line Managers, Product Designers, and the Color team.

Completed the Fall 2017 PNCA x PENSOLE Design Intensive with a focus on Functional Apparel & Accessory Design for The North Face. This accelerated program is designed to prepare students for a career in the product creation industry. The 12-week intensive is offered through PNCA in partnership with PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy.

Owner and designer for the independent women’s apparel company, Machine Apparel. Responsibilities focus on apparel development—from pattern making and prototypes, to vectorized flats and tech packs. Also responsible for project management, product development, and communication with vendors. The company’s focus was on proper fit and construction of garment prototypes, samples, and high-quality product manufactured in the U.S. in small batches.

During my internship with Portland apparel company, Bridge & Burn, I assisted the design team with various tasks including garment specs and fit notes, updating tech packs, organizing samples for trade shows and photo shoots, as well as assisting in concept research and development for the SS15 collection.
