+ Responsible for project delivery for this Microsoft Solution Provider. + Built data driven web-based/eCommerce systems for Hewlett Packard, MobilePlanet, Hallmark Circuits, Lemon Grove School District among other clients.

+ Led development and support for the City of San Diego internet initiative. Implemented the initial San Diego website, www.sandiego.gov, and the Regional San Diego Geographic Information System website, www.sangis.org. + Responsible for development and support of business applications for the San Diego Engineering & Capital Projects department; Planning Department; Park & Recreation department; and the Citywide PMO. + Designed and developed an online system that enabled the San Diego Fire Department to manage fire and emergency medical incident reporting.

Provided development and support of the corporate personnel and payroll system for the Electric Boat and Eastern Data Center Divisions. The system consisted of over 100 online screens and extensive batch processing using IMS DB/DC database access and the COBOL programming language.
