Oversee all core and carryover products for 45 high volume and visibility brands within men's apparel, footwear, and outdoor segments accounting for over 50 mm in yearly projected net sales. Brand mix includes three top 25 brands. Execute an assortment plan resulting in +28% sales YoY, 700 bps net margin % improvement, $10 AUR growth, and a 40 day reduction in average inventory age YTD. Achieving via seasonally relevant inventory flows, timely pricing actions, and proper channel management. Single Threaded Leader responsible for end-to-end execution of large-scale internal channel management project utilized by all Buyers and Inventory Managers. Scope of work encompasses creating and leading a project roadmap, allocating resources efficiently, defining success metrics, and sharing learnings with stakeholders. Results create a time savings of 1 - 3 hours per person each week. Manage one direct report and provide mentorship to two Inventory Managers.

Directed largest portfolio in men's apparel including over 90% of the men's denim business. Managed supplementary men's categories of pants, coats & outerwear, shirts & tops, shorts, and swimwear. Launched and developed over 25 new brands while maintaining and growing 15 established partnerships. Surpassed all KPI goals for net margin, sales, contribution profit, turn, and return rates for 12 consecutive quarters. Organized key cross-functional teams such as content/product teams to ensure photography, taxonomy, and descriptions reflected with integrity and accuracy to marketing teams to secure vendor co-op contributions and schedule sales and traffic generating site placement.
