Mainly focused on coastal lifestyle brands, I have spent my career working in and traveling to multiple markets to recruit/train/develop staff in multiple areas, including visual merchandising and operations.

Maintain office productivity by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Complete bank reconciliations, create invoices and collect on overdue accounts, and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable, electronically and on paper. Manage daily correspondence with builders and subcontractors, coordinate installation schedules with all parties, and ensure necessary materials are on site for all jobs.

Manage product merchandising to company standard by implementing company directives, creative window displays, and knowledge of product placement. Develop ideas and plans for window displays, interior displays, and signage to reflect changes in inventory and promotion.
