In My Own Words

I live at the intersection of creativity and organization. With 10+ years of experience in beauty and fashion. I love solving problems, building processes, and helping take big, bold ideas and turn them into launches that get done on time and with all the details handled.

At Urban Decay, I manage the behind-the-scenes magic of creative operations: project timelines, vendor relationships, purchase orders, IP rights, and DAM systems. Basically, all the things that keep the creative engine running smoothly.

I thrive when I'm streamlining choas into order and building process that makes life easier for the cross-functional teams.
