Trained and motivated a staff consisting of fifteen to thirty employees on product knowledge, selling and conversation techniques, and always conveying the highest form of customer service to ensure consistent business. Involved with schools in the community to increase the productivity of the store, created and held events that promoted business and connection between my store and the surrounding cities. Being able to think or act quickly in pressure situations. Maintained the overall number one store company wide with highest volume goals and projected increases planned for each quarter and year.
