As a Human Resources Generalist at La Jolla Group, I manage the full spectrum of HR functions for over 500 employees across multiple brands and locations. I partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement effective HR policies, programs, and strategies that align with the company's vision, values, and goals. With over 9 years of work experience in various roles within La Jolla Group, I have gained a deep understanding of the company's culture, business, and industry. I have also contributed to several initiatives and projects that have improved employee engagement, performance, and retention, such as enhancing the onboarding and training process, and facilitating the transition to a hybrid work model.
