Create daily warm ups, plyometric series, and workouts for football, water polo, basketball, baseball and lacrosse. Training is done both in the weight room and on the field. Track daily analytics for athletes to make sure we are seeing improvements both physically and mentally.

Responsible for delegating, assisting, and leading group warm ups, training sessions, mobility and recovery work, and conditioning classes. In charge of programming and training delegated clients digitally. Assisted in training and education of interns. Throughout the day was also encouraged to upsell clients on memberships, supplements, and apparel.
