Dual Gender Denim, Jeans, Shorts & Jackets • Create, reveal and manage Yunique system tech packs through all production stages. • Weekly sample tracking with vendors and production for sample submit alignment to maintain T&A calendar dates • Partner with Merchants and Designers for development of new fits, leg shapes and construction for coming season • Supervised two tech design reports based in Columbus, Ohio in fast-paced technical design department. • Support reports during daily live model fittings with Merchants and Designers teams via Video Conference • Plot vendor patterns, make manual pattern corrections and digitize patterns to send for sample development • Develop reports and lead weekly team touch base meetings via video conference

Knit & Woven Dresses • Create and maintain PLM I-Product Tech Packs through all production stages via illustrations, written comments and digital images regarding design aesthetics, fit, construction and trims. • Measure and inspect factory and vendor samples, size runs and graded nested patterns to ensure tech pack accuracy • Lead fittings with Design and Merchant teams on dress form and live model to maintain design aesthetics and fit. • Mentor and Manage Technical Designer, Coordinators and Fit Models in fast-paced Technical Departments and/or Design Rooms with 4 team members. • Pattern making skills on pattern and block development of pattern comparison, manipulation, measurements and balance. • Responsible for recruiting and evaluating fit models and organizing fit schedules. • Travel experience o work with vendors and factories in New York, Los Angeles and Dominican Republic. • Sample tracking with Production, Sourcing, Merchants and Vendors to maintain on-time production delivery dates. • Partner with Production team on fabric yields and garment construction for improved garment cost. • Partner with sewers to maintain design aesthetic and ensure high quality sample and cost effective construction. • Managed and executed special projects like PLM I-Product system updates, Fit Model Certification Manual, Competitor Evaluation, Padding Dress Forms, Test Systems and Create fit Measurement Spreadsheets for Fit Alignment). • Responsible for preparing fit, pre-production and wear test samples to contractors and wear testers and publish results. • Responsible for approvals on vendor garment/wash test from Bureau Veritas and color lab dips from dyers and washers.
