My job as a server is to handle customers and take food orders, and to make sure customers are satisfied with there experience at the restaurant. Other duties included handling cash, and card transactions and cleaning tables and booths.
IT Tech Support

Responsibilities include tech support for point of sales software and windows XP and windows 7 desktop support and troubleshooting and IT administration in a windows 2008 server environment.

Included supervising employees, counting inventory, cash tendering, oversee that breaks were taken accordingly and customer service.

Began as sales associate in house wares and ended department area manger in house wares. Duties included scheduling employees in the department, in charge of inventory stock, training of new associates, customer service and phone mail order service, floor area moves and display.
