• Respond to e-mail inquiries and phone calls from consumers interested in private and corporate captained charters, sailing Lessons, membership or Harbor 20 sailboat rentals. • Maintain Contact database, add leads and update existing contacts as events are scheduled. Track leads based on source and determine ROI. • Schedule Events, and secure the Boats, Captains, Crews, Dinghys and Bedding on the Work (Apple), Boat (Google) and SailTime (website) Calendars as required. • Send Confirmations to clients for all scheduled events including important details such as where to meet the captain based on the location of the boat. • Ensure captains have detailed instructions and required paperwork for each event. • Administer and correct American Sailing Association (ASA) tests, input data into ASA system, communicate test scores and ASA member ID information. • Create marketing communications using an online e-mail marketing service (MadMimi) to speak to four different audiences including sailing school students, charter clients, SailTime and Harbor 20 Club members. • Reconcile Monthly Member Payments and Captain Invoices to actual events. • Attend special events, be outgoing and take pictures. • Work on special projects as required.

Accomplishments include: • Improved the utility of California Hispanic Yellow Pages by eliminating the “flip” format and created back cover opportunities resulting in annual sales revenue of $607,000. • Lead a cross-functional team that challenged the California Public Utilities Commission Ruling resulting in the elimination of unnecessary white pages listings distributed in Huntington Beach, California, and a cost savings of $200,000. • Directed efforts to re-define boundaries of the Airport Metro, California Yellow Pages to match consumer shopping patterns. Project was successful in-that the increased costs were covered and 30% profit margin maintained by the resulting additional annual sales revenue of $348,000. • Developed business plan that resulted in the 2006 launch of Internet Video products on America’s number one Online Yellow Pages, Superpages.com. • Winner of the 2006 “Top of the Arc” team award for participation as a cross functional member responsible for the development and deployment of a new pricing concept that bundled together a multi-media platform of advertising solutions including Yellow Pages, Direct Mail, Call Tracking, and Superpages.com using one simple product code and a discount that made the package attractive for clients. The Top of the Arc award is the highest award that can be achieved by a non-selling employee. • Identified opportunity for Search Engine Marketing product first introduced by Idearc Media in Los Angeles, California in October, 2007 resulting in $1.3 million in sales through July 2008.
