This included live performances, album release parties, listening parties, & birthday parties for household musicians. • Worked in tandem with artists and booking agents on tour routing and confirming shows. • Managed financial aspects of each artist: project budgets, reconciliations, billing, invoicing. • Strengthened the company brand by building relationships with agencies, promoters, music distribution partners, and merchandisers.
