Manage day to day activation & promotion of MP Combat athletes. Deepen and activate relationships with all MP combat athletes, and broaden combat athletes skills relating to social media and PR promotions. Planning, promotion, and execution of any combat related events held at MP Training Facility. Develop and manage combat sports annual budget, contract negotiations, and athlete expense reports.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Sports Marketing plan that is consistent with Ethika's overall Marketing strategy. Drive the execution of that strategy and relationships both internally as well as externally with professional resources and networks. Accountable for securing a premier athlete and pro team portfolio. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with athletes, professional teams, and organizations. Integrate sponsored athletes, brand ambassadors & pro sport teams in all relevant marketing initiatives.

I was a Team USA representative, and assisted the United States Olympic Committee in daily operations, Access Control, and Hospitality initiatives for the USA House in Rio de Janeiro, Brazi for the 2016 Olympic Games. USA House provides an integrated hospitality and business opportunity for the USOC’s key constituents, including partners, donors, NGBs and worldwide Olympic family members, as well as current and former members of Team USA.

Primary tasks include support to www.oakley.com and www.oakleyvault.com emails, sponsorship requests, social media correspondence and consumer product registration. Support Oakley Customer Care back office functions, reporting, and administrative special projects.

Create and execute U.S consumer accounts using SAP and Hybris system. Set up and validate Oakley product warranty claims. Meet monthly KPI stats, and over all service quality. Provide "World Class Service" to all consumers and accounts. AFA product tester.

This internship offered an opportunity to touch all aspects of the skateboarding business. I was able to work on a vast array of projects, everything from operations, sales, marketing, social media, shipping and production. I also had the opportunity to learn how to to facilitate Bamboo's creative content generation including video, photography, and graphic design. I worked with Bamboo Skateboards team riders and staff to ensure that we have high quality photo and video content for our marketing initiatives including, events and competitions. In the short amount of time that I interned at Bamboo Skateboards, I was able to develop a strong ability to organize projects and groups as well as get hands on experience in Field Marketing and Operations.

Oakley Retail Special Projects store. Assist Store manager in inventory, financial, and operations of the store. Train and educate employees on sales, product knowledge, etching machine operation, and maintenance of store. Provide exceptional customer service to consumers, media, and Angels Executive teams. Execute and communicate sales plans with Oakley Corporate Retail and Sports Marketing teams. Assist team with AFA/Optics visual merchandising, replenishment, and stock flow.

Assist management teams in employee, product, and Retail Pro 9 training. Men's Optics, Watch, and Customer Experience Manager. Primary focus included visual merchandising for all men's eyewear product, and Oakley Time Pieces. Train and Execute employee product knowledge, and sales goals.

Provide exceptional Customer Service, meet daily sales goals, and stock room organization . Maintained and replenished AFA and Eyewear product on the sales floor. Top performing sales associate.

Fan Development and engagement activities to promote The Teams Brand. Travel for events for Sponsorship and Charity activities. Game operations at home games, while executing sponsorship promotions and giveaways during time outs and half time breaks. Set up for Game Entertainment during Half time shows. Work with Media and Marketing Teams to distribute prizes and tickets.

Fan development and promote Miller Park game experience. Distribute and organize Sponsorship promotions during Games, Events, and concerts. Travel with Sports Entertainment team to various events throughout Wisconsin. Mascot/Runner in the famous "Klements Sausage Race".

Competing athlete at the American Cup 1, 2, and 3 events, and a U.S Junior National Championship qualifier.
