Supervise all types of garment-related product development, and assemble a team of merchants, designers, and factories. Guide the comprehensive brand strategy for the online retailer "Untuckit, " which directly led to a 15x increase in gross sales. Consult in total sourcing for major national brands in various industries including cookware, consumer electric goods, and apparel, which eventually led to the creation of Minker Consulting Group (MCG). Develop long-term strategies from concept to creation through client meetings, price structuring, sourcing, logistics, and packaging. Collaborate with online and physical retail brands to structure, sourcing, and build in-house teams. Comply with strict guidelines of U.S. laws such as The Lacey Act, ISO, and lead & nickel-free. Institute material transparency for the global betterment of work conditions of laborers in Africa, China, and Bangladesh.
