Together they bring with them over four decades of experience leading premier lifestyle brands in the outdoor, action sports, sporting goods and tactical goods markets for both privately and publicly hold businesses. Their business acumen draws upon their experiences of managing complex platforms encompassing multi-brand and multi-channel operations supporting multifaceted supply chains including domestic manufacturing.

Joe and Chris formed their partnership based on a shared common belief - driving business value through a triple bottom line. This approach creates a sustainable business model to fuel growth, enhance brand value and deepen customer engagement through value alignment.

Residing in the Pacific Northwest, Joe and Chris embrace their love for the outdoors with the PNW entrepreneurial culture. The NW is a hot bed of innovation and start-ups for over 100 years. Spurred on by the baby boomer explosion many of these companies are ready to pass on to the next generation and to re-invent themselves for a new era. Joe is a serial innovation driven CEO with an MBA from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Cork Institute of Technology.

Chris is a dynamic leader adept at brand and marketing strategies with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Washington University.
