• Manage men’s and women’s activewear accounts including Bloomindales, Nordstrom, Fred Meyer, Meyer and Nordstrom Rack. • Meet with customers to review orders. • Prepare samples for vendor meetings. • Daily phone, email, and WhatsApp communications with customers and factories in US, Egypt, Bangladesh, China and Sri Lanka. • Provide client information and components to factories such as Tech Packs, Line sheets and Sew-By Reference samples. • Receive, review and submit all lab dips, strike offs, fit samples, pre-production and production samples. • Examine fit, pre-production, and TOP samples to ensure they pass customer specifications. • Oversee garment and fabric delivery and manage shipments based on priorities and needs. • Maintain WIP, record all approvals and comments on submits, and provide feedback to factories.

• Worked with factories from sampling stages through production for all cut and sew products. • Managed tech/spec packs for all men’s, junior’s, and kid’s licensed products, including retailers such as Walmart, Target,Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween, Hot Topic, Forever 21, Old Navy and other large accounts. • Trained all new employees when hired within the technical design department. • Worked with vendors to ensure goods would be made correctly and delivered on time. • Managed internal team to deliver timely orders. • Worked with licensor to obtain approvals. • Inspected garment deliveries to ensure all specs, fits, colors, and trims are correct per tech/spec packs. • Oversee garment testing and updates within the PLM system.

• Responsible for manufacturing licensed printed samples for multiple Specialty, Mid-tier and Mass accounts. • Worked with licensors to receive approvals and maintained PLM and WIP updates. • Oversaw categories for men’s, women’s, junior’s and children’s accounts including licensed board shorts, denim, bandeaus, costume hoodies, tees, and other related products. • Created from scratch techpacks for licensed product, calling out all pantones, sizing, and other details for TP.

• Responsible for purchase order processing with screen printers for apparel goods. • Ensured accurate and timely production by coordinating with internal and external channels. • Worked with the screen printers, responded to inquiries, and troubleshooted scheduling conflicts daily.

2007 – 2010

• Handled costing and engineering for the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of cheerleader and dance uniforms. • Used computer programs to determine the cost of an item based on technical flats or actual samples. • Provided step by step sewing guidance including sew routings for construction processes, specs, and/or samples. • Ensured all fabric utilized by laying pattern markers for the yardage needed for construction.
