Work Experience
Designer 1, Color
Reebok2022 – 2024
At Reebok, I contributed to the development of seasonal color palettes across men's, women's, and kids' apparel and footwear, including managing footwear color activations and Pantone matching. I created trend and mood boards, assisted in footwear collaborations and partnerships, and conducted in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends in the sportswear industry.
I collaborated cross-functionally with teams in innovation, marketing, brand communications, and product development, ensuring seamless integration of color strategies. Additionally, I oversaw lab dip submissions to factories and played a key role in introducing new design concepts and progressive color strategies to drive Reebok’s growth and brand presence.

Responsible for measuring garments, reviewing size set and pre-production samples, and assisting with live model fittings. Collaborated closely with merchandising teams to analyze designs, create and edit technical sketches, and contribute to trend boards. Supported the development of tech packs and played a key role in liaising with factories through the Product Life Management System (PLM) to ensure seamless communication and product delivery.

Worked with Sara Campbell's design group, development managers, and raw materials managers, completed technical designs using Adobe Illustrator, organized fabrics and trims, created seasonal style books, and completed multiple design and development tasks. I also had the opportunity to perform tasks in various departments, such as production, operations, and shipping.
