I contract directly with production companies, brands, and cable networkss in the film, TV, corporate, & commercial markets. Capable of managing large scale film productions with large budgets and complicated logistics. As LP/PM, responsible for budgeting, payroll, contracts, insurance, and all field logistics; including locations, casting, crewing, equipment rentals, props, wardrobe, hair & make up, pyrotechnics, vendors, base camp, communications, helicopter operations, risk assessments, emergency medical, safety officers, security, customs, carnets, work visas, shoot schedules, production reports, and call sheets! Also work as certified COVID Compliance Officer managing health and safety on film sets.

Work closely with outdoor industry brands to produce short documentary films and branded online content. I build AICP budgets with Showbiz Budgeting, negotiate contracts, and manage complicated logistics for international and remote location productions including - film permits, locations, visas, carnets, insurance, climbing talent, crewing, equipment, risk assessments, safety & rigging teams, travel, scheduling, and COVID compliance. Served as Production Manager for Mountain HardWear’s Spring 2019 and Fall 2020 Campaign, including videos shot on Mt Everest, Vietnam's Ha Long Bay, Chamonix, and Zion National Park. For The North Face, produced series of communications videos and short adventure films for online platforms. Currently producing independent feature documentary film about prolific climber Emily Harrington. As PM, secured permits, locations, visas, and other logistics for Red Bull series Originate, featuring Michelle Parker climbing in Peru.

Serve as Production Manager and Location Manager for full service creative agency producing ad campaigns and branded online content. Clients include Charlotte's Web, Finish Line, Nest, and 37.5 Technology. Secure film locations, permits, equipment rentals, local film crews, and manage all logistics. Served as Line Producer / Production Manager for national ad campaign featuring rock climbing in Eldorado Canyon State Park to promote outdoor fabrics brand 37.5 Technology.

EXPOSURE LABS / THE SOCIAL DILEMMA

2019 – 2020

Served as Location Manager & Production Manager on the feature documentary film The Social Dilemma with director Jeff Orlowski (Chasing Ice, Chasing Coral. The Social Dilemma premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2020, and was acquired by Netflix. Currently shaking up the social media world by revealing the exploitative tactics of dangerous platforms, and transforming online culture from the inside. Scouted, contracted, and managed seven difficult film locations in Colorado to shoot narrative scenes with SAG actors, and a cast & crew of 100 people. Supported production with additional scheduling, budgeting, crewing, equipment rental, film permitting, transportation, and other logistical needs.

Orchestrated large-scale battlefield reenactments for high profile series of National Park Service interpretive films using historically accurate Native American tribes, infantry, cavalry and artillery battalions, with as many as 400 cast & crew members per day. Worked with multiple National Parks and PBS to produce; “Battle of the Little Bighorn,” “Battle of Shiloh,” “Kennesaw Mountain,” “Vicksburg,” and the “Battle of Chickamauga.” Managed all aspects of feature film style field production; casting, locations, set builds, props, wardrobe, special effects, pyrotechnics, makeup, local crews & vendors, horse & equine use, artillery, insurance, emergency medical, contracts, scheduling, and budgets.

Built innovative and efficient production models, and trained and mentored staff as company grew from 50 to over 300 people to become the most prolific production company in the nation. As PM, responsible for multi-million dollar budgets, and all field logistics for 30 person cast & crew on complicated international survival series for Discovery & Animal Planet. Produced hosted documentary series for History channel featuring international locations and culturally diverse historical reenactment groups. Helped develop the food competition genre into an industry phenomena with multiple series featuring BBQ, food festivals, and cake shows.
