Responsibilities: Manage internationally renowned aquatic center with two Olympic and one 25 yard swimming pools and promote City programs including special events, water aerobics, summer camps, health and safety courses, and Learn-to-Swim. Management included training, scheduling and disciplining a staff of over 130, creating and negotiating contracts with lessees including Masters and age-group swim clubs, triathlons, water polo tournaments, television commercials and music videos, as well as allocating and invoicing for such facility use. Promotion included creation of flyers, and maintenance of City website and Twitter. Achievements: - On-site facility management for the 2010, 2013, and 2014 USA Swimming Nationals and USA Swimming Junior Nationals and 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships with attendance of approximately 35,000. Broadcast nationally and internationally by NBC and ESPN
