Managed day-to-day operations of the art department, ensuring clear and timely communication across designers, production team and sales department maintaining the integrity of the creative vision. Led coordination of design projects, and developed weekly pitch decks to support key initiatives. A hands on designer contributing to licensed and generic product lines with graphic design support that included apparel graphics, body designs, pitch decks, tech-packs, sample development and web assets. Additionally, I established and maintained a freelancer program to support flexible creative needs.

As Senior Designer, I led the Young Men’s Apparel Graphics program, collaborating closely with account managers to conceptualize and execute seasonal graphic direction. My responsibilities included presenting project briefs, assigning artwork to the design team, conducting fashion trend research, and developing seasonal color stories. I also played a key role in creating pitch decks for buyers and investors, as well as designing trade show materials and in-store visual displays. In addition to my design role, I served as Event Coordinator for Blackbook Sessions, the company’s non-profit initiative. I organized and executed community art contest events aimed at empowering and inspiring creatively driven youth.
