• Supporting team through all stages of pre-production including entering new development in Full Circle , creating purchase orders and seasonal development dates. • Manage sampling logistics for the United States and Netherlands each season. • Implemented a simplified development calendar which increased visibility for designers and marketing managers. • Implemented excel reports for marketing and sampling coordinator’s which increased productivity and on time delivery’s. • Update weekly WIP reports for multiple seasons that is used by cross-functional partners. • Communicate via email with off-shore vendors/ factories to make progress on product development events. • Communicate daily with cross functional departments - Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Product Development and supervisors.
