I love the outdoors and have enjoyed working for Merrell and earning the top store honors in the company. I'm wanting to expand and get more involved working with multiple clients through outside sales or managing a team of stores. The opportunities are small with Merrell since I want to work from the Dallas/Ft Worth area as my home base but know my experience and results driven work ethic will be desirable to the right company.
I would love to stay with a shoe or apparel company but am very open to other outdoor related companies. I bring a lot to the table in experience, training, merchandising, inventory control, multi-store management, and achieving outstanding results. Oversee all aspects of my store in Grand Prarie, TX. Built a team of salespeople that have excelled at their jobs by becoming the #1 store in the company for 2015. I oversee inventory, sales, sales training, merchandising, scheduling, payroll budgeting, hiring, coaching and networking. I also travel and train new store managers for Merrell or work with under performing stores with their sales techniques, coaching and store operations.

Dallas Cowboys2009 – 2012
Oversaw a team of concierge in the silver suites at Cowboys Stadium. Worked with suite owners and patrons to help provide them an enjoyable experience while they were at the sporting event or concert. In charge of 25 concierge on my floor and would handle any difficult requests or situations as they would arise. Enjoyable job and environment.
