(Skate hardgoods/men and women's apparel and accessories) Programing and Outreach: We ran a youth program called the Rhode Scholars that provides positive and talented children between the ages of 12-15 with a box of goodies each month. (Skateboard, hoodies, tees shirts, etc.) We also provide them a community center/safe haven where they can warm up, cool down, play video games, buys snacks, or just pick our brains about skateboarding and life. More or less have a place they feel like they belong. Promotions and Marketing: Making sure we are in touch with the Boise community. We have held and helped hosted huge promotional events. The grand opening of Rhodes Skate Park. We helped host the X-Games preliminaries for summer 2017

Management of two store locations that deal with a large verity of items ranging from local wines and specialty knives to snow specific goods and apparel. Building a team of employees and accommodating to schedule changes and turnover. Assisting in placing orders for snow specific product. In charge of the organization and visual merchandising of the store on a regular basis. Constantly looking for new ideas and product to best benefit the store.
