Production: I have apparel production experiences in Asia and US for 26 years. I'm specialized in Woven Pants, and Knit Shirts. I can manage most kinds of apparel production as well.
Pricing: I have specialty in pricing. Production is starting from pricing. I set the prices from factory to retail floor prices.
Sourcing: Sourcing for production capacity improvement and better quality.
Delivery Management: On time delivery is Goal of Production with quality.
Quality Control: Before place order, I review factory profile or inspect on site. I especially watch machinery list and compliance. I manage quality control through Fit, PP and TOP samples. In case, I visit factory and have details meeting with factory before cutting, and/or mid and final inspection.
Cargo Space: I have my own tool to manage cargo space.
