The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

The Housewoman/Runner responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments. They will identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas alike. Performs a combination of tasks to maintain guest rooms, working areas and the hotel premises in general, in a clean and orderly manner.

Manage all aspects of events including, motocross races, Enduro races, concerts, training camps, and obstacle course events. Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, commitment to innovation; eagerness to share ideas on how to improve services provided and event quality.

Maintain a good attitude and sense of humor when dealing with co-workers and guests. A huge part of this job is holding great communication with head guides, owners, managers, co-workers and most importantly the guests. Guides must learn about the natural environment and history of the area and share knowledge with guests. Must be able to lift over 50lbs and have a strong positive work ethic.
