Los Angeles, CAIn My Own Words
I am looking for a media/design based job to build my experience and keep my creativity fueled. Photography has been my passion for years now, and it is my goal to work more with editorial and lifestyle photography in the media industry, or something that allows me to use my creative eye.
I have an eye for detail. I am innovative, intuitive and I take the initiative.
I have been a Project Manager for the last five years. I'm currently working with Eta Media Inc. to produce educational media and apps for schools internationally.
I am very driven, and self-motivated. I love being thrown into new situations and learning on the job. I prefer being able to do a multitude of different tasks throughout the day, rather that be stagnant.

Work Experience
Freelance Photographer
Tasha Marie Photos2013 – Present
Prior to 2013 photography was only a hobby. After shooting for the high school newspaper, it became something I realized I could do. Then came the family shoots, weddings, senior portraits, engagement sessions, etc. For the last 4 years I have continued to shoot those occasions, but have also become the in-house photographer for SCAPE (a high-end exterior design company based in Los Angeles.) I had the immense pleasure of shooting at a Neutra home in the canyons of Beverly hills.. (view here: http://tashamariephotos.com/travels/#/scape/ ) Mainly I enjoy travel photography. From the landscapes of the Pacific North West to the windswept canyons of Arizona, I intend to see it all. And to capture it.
Producer
Eta Media Inc.2012 – Present
As Project Manager Tasha is required to communicate with the client about their vision for the project, maintain goals and budgets, as well as meet impending deadlines. Tasha has managed multiple teams on these projects, including an audio team of 8-10 voice talents, a coding team of 8, and an art team of 9 artists. It was Tasha’s responsibility to make sure that all teams worked together to create the best possible product, on time and in an orderly fashion. This required her to be organized, to communicate well with the teams as well as her boss, and the client. It also required excellent time management and punctuality, as well as great attention to detail. Tasha has worked remotely for the last four years, which requires her to be driven, and a self-motivator, getting the job done on her own initiative. She is able to multi-task very well, constantly switching gears between projects and interaction with the various teams to get the job done.
