As a self-proclaimed Jane of all trades, I love all things outdoor recreation-related. I have worked in the outdoor industry in various ways since 2011 and now help women-owned outdoor brands & organizations reach their target audience through different marketing channels. I also host a podcast that shares the stories from these women as well as your everyday recreator like myself. The Tarin It Up Podcast's mission is to highlight those who deviate from the standard and create their own path but also honor the everyday struggles & achievements. Not every day is special and not every achievement happens overnight. We are here to tear up the idea that life should be linear and that there is only one path to success.

Creating fun, challenging, high intensity exercise classes using a wide range of modalities and interval timings. We use TRX, Bosu balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, agility equipment, and bodyweight to form classes that can be modified to any one and every one. Our classes are about pushing yourself and staying safe. Making sure every one performs every exercise safely and effectively is my number one goal. FUNCTIONAL movement is what we are all about!
