My name is Suzanne and I am just what you're looking for.

I am a college graduate with work experience looking for my place in the career world. I attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a double concentration major in Apparel Merchandising and Design and a minor in Graphic Arts. I bring a fresh breath of air into any workplace with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. I am a self motivator with a keen sense of organization and efficiency. I see myself as a strong leader who works well with others and a person who focuses on gaining multiple perspectives while problem solving.

Currently I am holding a position as a Visual Communication Specialist in a high volume Fastsigns center in Denver Colorado. My position revolves around project management and consulting to help our clients achieve their business objectives through signage, print projects, and other marketing needs. We deal in all things custom. Fastsigns is a fast paced, deadline driven environment. In 2019 I received an award for Outstanding Sales Performance.

Previously I was an Associate Market Manager at The Duck Company. An experience based T-shirt design company with an inside sales rep model, we managed multiple territories and traveled frequently.

Before my move to Colorado I held a fast paced, deadline essential position at a t-shirt print shop where I was in charge of handling all of the web sales. In the time I took over the position I created and put into place systems and processes that generated an increase of sales upwards of 80% in 2017. I was managing up to 4 people and organizing the logistics of over 1,000 open orders at a time handling all aspects of the process from conceptualization to customer service, production and delivery.

I believe that my work experience has pushed me to become well rounded and resourceful. I am ready to utilize my skill sets and continue to learn and grow.

Associate Market Manager at The Duck Company in Colorado. A T-Shirt company based out of Denver Colorado focusing on designs for experienced based retailers. I managed up to 7 markets across the US including, Michigan, Southern Missouri, Arkansas, Northern Georgia, Eastern Tennessee, Estes Park/Boulder Colorado, upstate New York, West Virginia/Virginia, and Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho. The Duck had an in-house sales rep model in order to serve our customers with the most updated and current business knowledge. I traveled to my territories often, adventuring out of office every other week for a week. My goals were to expand business while offering customers the best service in the industry.

Director of Web Sales and Web Production · T-Shirt Printing Plus

T-Shirt Printing Plus is a Print Shop located in Kalamazoo, MI- I coordinated and created Web Stores for varying companies and organizations to easily offer customized goods to their patrons. A work place swiss army knife, and Key holder, I managed a team of up to 4 people. Overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to production and delivery I organized and acted as the main customer service contact for over 1,000 open orders at a time. I created systems and processes which helped my department see upwards of a 77% increase in sales over the 3 years I was running it. Product Knowledge and trend forecasting was essential to my high return customer rate.
